When you’ve found the one, make your offer with:
- Rent you’re willing to pay
- Ideal move-in date
- Expected length of stay
- Names/contact info of all sharers
Once accepted, we’ll draft the agreement .
Holding deposit fee required (deducted from your first rent payment).
4. WE MAKE PAPERWORK EASY
Once references and guarantors are sorted:
- Sign tenancy agreement
- Pay first rent & deposit
- Deposit is held securely via the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
