Confirm any referees or guarantors early to avoid delays.

Your agent will take you on viewings. 
Ask questions! Better now than later. 

When you’ve found the one, make your offer with: 

  • Rent you’re willing to pay
  • Ideal move-in date
  • Expected length of stay
  • Names/contact info of all sharers

Once accepted, we’ll draft the agreement . 
Holding deposit fee required (deducted from your first rent payment). 

Once references and guarantors are sorted: 

  • Sign tenancy agreement
  • Pay first rent & deposit
  • Deposit is held securely via the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
